When you are interested in touring a property we have listed for rent and you believe that you meet our guidelines:

1.) Click Here to review our rental guidelines to make sure you qualify for the property you are interested in touring.
2.) Please complete the Pre-Qualification. There is no cost associated with this. 
3.) Once received, we will contact you via text and email to schedule a self-guided tour.
4.) If, after the tour, you choose to move forward, there is a $39/applicant fee for background check verification.
5.) After the background check, we will sign a lease and deposit and any rent or prorated rent required must be paid and utilities must be transferred to your name before keys are handed over.
